Following the Summit of Man, much has been revealed of the current State of Aphros. A summon provided to the nations that accumulate to make-up the mankind of Meranthe, to herald their cause upon an individual target. What was once dubbed Gloomlight Grove has taken on a new identity as the Capital State and Holy Land of Atheleon as a result of the mantle of Oracle being undertaken by the Skinwalker, the emerging of a new era of Productivity and Progress. Letters flutter outward from the capital toward various nations, diplomacy rapidly afoot as the threat of void cultists and the infamous Melos dul Vique rise. A call to vanquish the embers of the crusade which plage Meranthe and it's people to this date.

• The mantle of Oracle of Athelios has fallen from Ksceniya C. Montelione to the Skinwalker, a long-time faithful of Athelios. His claim upon the rite went uncontested.
  
• Emerging from a retirement from his position as Commander of the Bastion, Alaric Bargiel has taken a seat as Lord Advisor to the Oracle, for his long service to Aphros and the mantle.
  
• Within the Church of Athelios has risen a new Pontifice in Lucille Anwar, a loyal servant of His faith for many years. This transition took place as Justia Sulibela vacated the role following Ksceniya's leave.
  
• The newfound Pontifice begins the early stages of planning an expansion and rite of blessing upon the northern crypts. A project she welcomes those of the faith to seek out to participate in it's construction.
  
• An additional sect of the faith has been founded beneath the patron Aethelwine, the Goddess of Justice and Impartiality, the Granddaughter of Athelios. The color Crimson has been added to the national pallete of Black and White in Her name.
  
• Levi Bargiel remains as Commander of the Bastion, with Kairun as the Captain of Umbra and Cassius Bargiel as Captain of Astra following the untimely death of Sapphiron at the hands of Cifer Mugen. The Bastion serves to protect the balance across Meranthe and a recruitment drive is held for hopeful soliders to enlist.
  
• An effort was led by Cassius Bargiel, Captain of the Astra Sect of the Bastion, to put a cease to the Mugen's claim upon the sothern isles. This battle was dubbed the Battle for Epitaph, and was a large success for humanty, come to be declared as the first strike of the new crusade.
  
• Atheleon maintains control over the Depths with various patrol units often seen patroling it's outskirts.

In the depths of the Silent Expanse there had been rumors of an imposing Drakanite emerging from the wastes bearing the sigil of House Kerekes, in time those rumors became common fact as a seat of power was chosen. The old yet maintained villa La Riviera found itself new occupants, those wearing the black and gold of House Kerekes.

Auliver Kerekes is crowned Emperor in the year 2205AC, those who serve are given titles and shown great respect as they take positions befitting their diligent works.

The High Council is established to ensure a stable Empire is maintained, seven seats with representatives from the populace are chosen to make sure their voices are heard.

Trials have a possibility of being held again in the years to come when it next arises the need or demand.

Osyris Talalt, Ezen, & Kasante have been offered the position of Ash Guard in the military. We expect great things from you both in the defense of our nation! Lua Layloft have been offered the rank of Veil Scribe within our nation for their efforts in research of the arcane & alchemy. May he shine brightly and ascend the ranks quickly for his ambitious and impressive creations! Jaiden Valkynia has been promoted to Shadow Seer for her astounding accomplishments in wayfinding & artificery. Cypress Valkynia has been offered Flameborne for his dedicated years of service and showing what a great leader he can be among his peers. 

We would like to recognize the significant efforts of alchemy research performed by Jun Kanari and look forward to her ascending the ranks to Shadow Seer in the future as she holds much promise. 

Lastly, Alysleneth Zeral will be ascending to take over the position of Minister as Bansai Talalt steps down into Ministry Advisor after twenty eight years of dedicated service in leadership.

ৡ After a summit between Aetius & Kindlehelm which led to Lord Sadhbh to engage in violence against Alysleneth the terms between the two nations has grown hostile. What was once an opportunity to see a new path for the Aetians with the refugees of Martyr's Vigil has instead shown they remain on the path of their forefathers. There is an opportunity for their new Lord to make a change yet, but belief this might happen remains pessimistic.

Rotations within the Azure Order proceed with Squires Caldera Grymlok, Luna Eclipse, and Leone P. Folhammar being promoted to official Knights in rank; Aspirants Bark and Merce were sworn in as Squires, also bound to protect the Kingdom and Crown.

• The former group dedicated their swords and shields to Elinka Eclipse, who was tragically killed by the risen dead.
  
• Due to an unauthorized reconnaissance mission led by Luna Eclipse, which resulted in the capture of one individual and the untimely passing of another, she has been swiftly stripped of all titles while under arrest for her actions.
  
• This unapproved expedition into what some consider an underground lair has led to experiments enacted upon the former Knight Eclipse and her sibling, Vayn, as they returned to Caethir with adverse effects tied to Cifer.

• One Erenthius C. • Knight-Captain Tsuroma successfully dispatched an undead who had terrorized the surrounding woods, solely known solely to wield the Tempestine Scepter.

  Newly-appointed officials within the Royal Court now sit at the helm of several duties.

• Noctua I. Eclipse serves as the Crown's Aide, Evelyn Lopus as the Knight-Commander, Yvel Aissenai as the Court Sorcerer, and Lupin Óir-Gadaí seated as the Head-Tinkerer. Positions for Steward and Diplomat are left available, while a new title for Royal Chronicler has been taken by Merce.
  
• A massive digsite towards the western cliffsides, headed by the Head-Tinkerer, seemingly draws the attention of those also of similar intrigue.

  House Blackthorn's prior head, Cervantes, revoked his noble status when reprimanded for disgraceful conduct. He has left the reins of his family in the hands of Knight Caldera, passing along the mantle, though underneath another namesake: House Grymlok.

Movements behind stone walls become more noticeable as seasons pass. Calls for increased lumber production for a shipyard stationed upon the northern coasts keep waterfronts bustling; some sea-faring ventures to establish trade routes are mentioned in passing.

Nestled between two mountains, a growing camp of frightening monsters and rogues is present. It appears mostly lawless at the moment, though through infamy alone others might follow; notably Athri, Babaylo, Gor'dala, Sarkos, Odisseia (and others) are triumphant in their hunts. Accompany the monsters is a small population of labourers and gatherers.

Additionally, there is a lone runestone present with emeraldine glyphs. There appears to be no plans for construction and the camp may move as necessary. A growing force that will ransack villages and towns, reap the spoils, then move on.

In the lands of Spring...

Spring has long since passed, and summer wanes as autumn approaches. And yet the flames of war are ever so bright, like the heat of the season itself. As those who have opposed the Lumin King's ritual march upon the Realm of Delphina and decry those who remain loyal to the king's will, Arcadia stands firmly by the side of spoken oaths and firm beliefs, even if the rage of war has given way to wavering.

The Duchy of Arcadia remains firm as forces were mobilized to defend Dal'Thala from the attempted pillaging. So, too, do the lands of the Duchy remain steadfast in their attempts to seek the cessation of the conflict and the coming of peace... on their terms, in the face of those who have transgressed.

The practice of Sorcery within the Duchy of Arcadia is banned. This effort is in effect immediate due to:

1) the heinous acts that which Sorcery has been used, and continues to be used to conduct;

2) the harm which it does to both the spirit and soul, both sanctified, protected, and revered by the faithful of Meranthe;

3) the direct undermining of the Pantheon by its practicioners, which has threatened the stability and protection of Mankind from inimic forces, Fel and not alike, for centuries.

Those possessing a Sorcerer's Seal who walk into the lands of Arcadia must not use their powers outside of officially sanctioned instances. Any caught utilizing sorcery outside of medically or life essential processes will be subject to expulsion from the Duchy or imprisonment, as well as imminent removal of the seal for the preservation of their immortal soul.

The ministers of Arcadia continue to exercise their authority, orders authorized by the Duchess' seal. The new ban on sorcery is in effect immediately, and all complaints are to be forwarded to the desk of Camellia Aubreen.

Moreover yet, the recent aggressions by the so-called Speira Camp headed by Ilumitar do not go unnoticed; the Duchy prepares, more readily than they have for the defenses, for what is to come.

"From the Ashes, we climb."

A topic of much discussion of late, having been the recipiant of aggressions from multiple directions, poised unto destruction by it's multplie threats. The defection of it's previous patron Grey Aundeoth would lead to many events that would cripple the town and the individuals within. A collaboration between the Empire of Myridia and their hirers would bring Kindlehelm to it's final heel with a pillaging that would leave many treasures ransacked and much destruction in it's wake. The leadership and many other citizens at this point fled and Kindlehelm's fate was left into the winds, an empty gift to be delivered to it's enemies. Throughout this, Kindlehelm was left in a state of abandonment and ruin. Most of it's magi population had fled, and few constructive non-magi remained as a labor force of it's rebuilding.

To the surprise of many, a group of loyalists opted to remain and negotiate the terms of vassalization with the Empire of Myridia under the leadership of Osyris Talalt, who would go on to bend the knee to the Empire of Myridia, pledging what remained of the State of Kindlehelm to become an extension of it's soil in return for future collaboration, the resources and military of Myridia utilized in efforts to rebuild Kindlehelm from the ashes. Through this, Osyris Talalt was named the Baron of Kindlehelm, to mediate affairs between their settlements.

Brigades of Kindlehelm and Myridian non-magi cooperate in efforts to restore what was lost, as a younger generation which remained true to their lands has filled the shoes left by their predecessors. The Vacant position of Minister of Order held by Bailey Rowe has descent upon his daughter Violet Rowe. The role of Commander of the Flameborne Order has been filled by Cypress Valkynia, due to recent circumstances surrounding Miyashita Talalt. The return of a renowned and familiar figure has been noted as well as Anya Talalt has been seen lingering about Kindlehelm, advising her descendant in his efforts. Many new faces are seen filling the streets with heavy construction and development underway.

ৡ The various wonders which survived are now maintained beneath Violet Rowe, work continues upon the projects that were previously pending.

ৡ Cypress Valkynia will begin recruitment drives to repopulate the Flameborne Order. Armorors and smiths are seen working double-time to equip new recruits.

Kindlehelm as a whole remains in a state of reconstruction, having lost much through their various efforts against their established enemies, and yet the embers burn bright as ever beneath the few new faces which remain, word of silent plans meet some ears, and various resources have been seen being shipped to what once had been the Mooney Industry. Though, when one would assume there could be no more - a public statement is shared by the new Baron of Kindlehelm:

"The State of Kindlehelm will henceforth enter an armistice agreement of twenty years with the Realm of Delphina and it's vassal-states, to be upheld until the Year 2232AC. The remaining leadership disavows the efforts made against previous Delphinan Rituals. "

The people of Kindlehelm have made their stance well known upon an inward focus as a Progressive Settlement with a mostly blank canvas of political relations. 

Their population is miniscule, with only roughly a dozen capable magi remaining, and roughly one hundred non-magi laborors.
