"Yknow, there've been a lot of rumors lately. Yeah yeah, I mean, if you heard someone saw a big monster in the woods, you'd talk about it too, right?! It's just, as of late, some of these things have been... how do I put it? Weirder things?

People say that if you brave a walk on a misty night, the street lamps will turn bright yellow. They're saying it's.. beautiful, which is like, totally not the right reaction. There was a stone on a street corner all carved up with a ton of runes, and nobody managed to figure 'em out before it vanished. Heck, a few people think there's something iffy with the magi as of late... few of them have been talking about the end times in broad daylight. I saw- yeah! Firsthand. I saw a weird mark on one of their arms, and I swear it up and down- nono, on my mum's life! It was the same rune as on that rock. For real! It looked like a mountain. Or,  no- was it a sword..? L-look, all I'm saying is something's going on...
