(( Little Disclaimer: This is not canon / just a story about an old character I had he never achieved necromancer in-game but he left before the destruction of dawn a long time ))
(( He was basically an amateur necromancer's apprentice ))
~
"I came back once, to my home of dawn, yet nothing was there. only ruins and bodies of those I sometimes saw. and those I never knew I they survived"
"How did we lose the war?... I thought we were winning or.. at least the winning side. nothing remained.. only the destruction left by the light."
"I hope some survived.. like Nyphadora... or Aldrah.. and his family, I rummaged some things from my once former home likely it was owned by someone else. before I left."
As he rummaged around his old former home he searched for something he had hidden away under the floor of the ruined house finding the old rat he once raised. only the skull what remained of it. useless. as the figure decided to not lurk any longer in his former home finding a few scraps of knowledge he could find even how little it was.
and likely the rest was burned or destroyed by the victors who destroyed dawn.
As thus he left taking a boat far away from Agartha somewhere secluded and away from prying eyes finding a small remote tiny bit of land in the middle of supposed nowhere.
"I suppose this is my home for now. where I can study and practice the arts of necromancy alone, and perhaps discover new ways beside lichdom as what I saw it did not help protect their home."
Thus through few years isolated and secluded in a dark cave making it his home and sometimes a corpse washing ashore his small piece of land using it as practice and study.
But through the years his mind became used to the darkness and his eyes adapting more to it and his studies more important than finding someone to speak too.
Yet he found and discovered some new practices as he seemed to have gained an interest in mummification. scribing the necromantic incantations into the bandages and using a special embalmment and preserve the bodies of those washed ashore. as he thought it was a failure the body slowly twitched and turned into a special undead.
A mummy as the creator tested undead its strengths seeming slightly stronger than your average undead he though. making his first mummy guard his cave as he could finally sleep without the fearful what would happen in his sleep. also, he made the mummy a place too 'rest'
The next day his studies went deeper as he trying to discover too enhance the mummification.
Yet the darkness started whispering to him in his mind, constantly reminding of his former home trying to block those memories out and how he could create more other types of undead.
As he woke up the next day walking outside in the blinding light slightly hurting his eyes as he saw another corpse washed ashore but this time he just took only the head.
Gently embalming the head to keep it from rotting and stitching the lower stump of the severed head with some dried leather and engraving necromantic symbols onto its forehead
And replacing the eyes with some rough polished gemstones he dug up a bit awhile ago and inserting the gems into the eye sockets. the head slowly moved its lips and the gemstones lit up with necromantic energy making the head float turning into a floating necromantic undead head using it as surveillance on his small piece of land
"Guess i'll take a break now.. i feel alot safer so i guess i go take a nap."

Key: The Entire Population of China and Derriere
Event Preferences: I prefer to run smaller, linear events for larger groups (5>) and more personal and intense events for small groups (4<). I much prefer running events for small groups or solo players.

Anything Else:
- I have not run events here before, so my balancing might be way off.
- I'm more interested in providing opportunities for growth for characters in the event, loot is not the priority.
- Having a good outline of what the event should be about and what you want from it, will help me out a lot.

There’d been a bit of commotion not too far beyond the city limits. Scaffolding formed a cast around the old, creaking wooden bones of the broken chapel, and trains of supply were brought in from the surrounding woodland and nearby quarry. Long months and nearly years had passed as workers were set to rebuilding the place.
Finally, the hustle and bustle had died down, and the steeple of the old building stood tall over the gravestones once more. The windows glowed with an interior light, where once it stood in darkness. And by word of mouth the rumor spread, a simple message to any that would take the time to listen.
All was hearsay until the proprietor finally sped the news along in written word.
Quote:"Let it be known that the Broken Chapel is broken no more. Any who wish to visit are welcome to find rest and warmth within its walls. Though the faith most commonly practiced here is the veneration of ancestral spirits, those of any faith may practice- Barring those that would disrupt another’s worship.
Any donations made will go to the less fortunate of Sudburry, and the upkeep of the Broken Chapel in the case of damages. Fighting within the chapel or upon the cemetery grounds is strictly prohibited."

Two young spirits
Walked across the land,
Sparing neither rock nor twig
From their prying hands.
For days they sought an answer
To a question never asked,
Hoping they'll fulfill
A duty never tasked.
The question that the spirits held
Was old as olden time;
They sought their purpose true in life,
Their meaning to divine.
The first named Melody
Spoke to birds above;
Each sweet song was beautiful,
Each answer was of love.
So Melody was satisfied,
She knew it to be true
That love the key to all things be,
There was nothing else to do.
The second was named Charity,
And they were not content;
Beyond the birds they were quite sure
A truer answer went.
They searched the forest and searched the marsh
Looking for an answer;
To seek a mentor most wise and old,
One that could console her.
Though she traveled near and far
Along every broken road,
No animal could answer her
Until she met a toad.
Gluttonous and pudgy,
The fat toad stared in turn;
Poor Charity was certain
There was nothing she could learn
Yet curiosity took root,
And she leaned forward its way,
Despite all her misgivings,
She would hear what the toad had to say.
so the toad leaned in close
and spoke to charity
【here is the key to your family dream
so that you can finally be free .】

The Caravan: A Thunderbird Company Adventure!
Quote:Under the new leadership of Thunderlord Teodor Einar, the Thunderbird Company embarks on a high-profile contract by House D'Epine, a lesser noble family in Osrona primarily known for their extensive mercantile networks. The Company has been tasked with the escorting of a sensitive package that is due to arrive in the northern outskirts of Esshar early in the year of 1666AC. The exact contents are unknown; the representative of House D'Epine refused to clarify. He only made sure to emphasize, repeatedly, that it is "extremely sensitive" and "valuable". Thus, the need for a discreet group of highly-skilled magi to guard it.
The party will ride out to meet the caravan at full speed. The journey will take two days to get there, and a little less than a week on the road to see the caravan to Osrona.
A simple job, surely. But things aren't usually simple when the Thunderbirds are employed. The caravan will pass through a dangerous stretch of lawless lands in order to save some time. This may prove to be the party's undoing...

The Creature's Den
Synopsis:
Himari once heard there was a beast or creature in the deeper parts of the wild farther away from the city that no man dares to go. The beast is immensely dangerous and only the most skilled of hunters have failed in capturing it for its blood. Himari personally did not care how dangerous this beast was and sought out to find and take the beast a prize with her group. The blood of the beast is said to be highly potent when it comes to gaining amnesia. It sends its power within the circuitry of the one who drinks it causing some of the mana to be magically drained. That causes the drinker to lose their knowledge or ability to use certain spells. This is exactly what Himari was aiming for.

Codex Cosmos
[Reconstruction of the Celestial Faith in the Council of Esshar, 1665]
![[Image: 240px-Circumpunct.svg.png]](https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/ae/Circumpunct.svg/240px-Circumpunct.svg.png)
Preface:
The Celestial Faith in the Kingdom of Esshar has endured for over one thousand years, its Clergy acting as both charity-givers to All Peoples of the Lands as well as the Last Defense in the face of terror. Emulating the Stars of the Heavenly Hosts Above, they are given the sacred privilege of Judgment in the rare occurrences of trials come to pass. Deeming what is Sinful and what is Correct, they are a people trusted deeply to act as an example for the rest of the Kingdom.
Their Hierarchy consisting of both scholars and exorcists wielding the power and the mind of the Stars, they come from all walks of life and are universally respected for their great sacrifices to the Kingdom. While not strictly warriors, they are sometimes given the authority to become attachés to the Order of the First Light and the City Watch, providing Judgment and Oversight.
Rules and Traditions:- Deacons give up Inheritance, Titles, Prestige.
- Children born of Clergy are given the honors of the Church, brought up as Deacons in Faith.
- Bastards knowingly born in the Kingdom are given to the Service of the Celestial Church.
- All Clergy must spend Two Months (One IRL Day a Game Year) in active service to the Kingdom a year, giving alms, preaching Celestialism, assisting the City Watch and/or Knights in their affairs.
- The Faith stands as Adjudicators in mortal affairs, emulating the Stars in their judgment upon us all.
Rituals:- Heaven’s Communion: Ritualized at night, Incense is burnt, one candle is lit to light others of the mass as a symbol of the ever-burning light in the soul and the passing of Faith.
- The Choosing: Deacons of the Faith are sent out to the Star Towers to find and to stay the night out as they meditate to the glory of the Heavens above. If they reach in Communion with a Star, then they succeed.
- The Transcendent Trial: After the years of learning have been passed, a Deacon may prove to a Rector they can serve as a Preacher and Adjudicator of Law in oversight of the Kingdom.
- The Star’s Baptism: Children born in the Faith of the Church are baptized on a Harvest Moon’s Night by a Rector, given the Chosen Star their parents pick out for them.
- The Star Sigil: Rectors are subjected to an everlasting mana-burnt tattoo of the Sign of Leonaus atop their Right Hands.
- Star’s Judgment: Excommunication from the Church and Kingdom, an everlasting mana-burnt tattoo of the Null-Star is scarred atop the Left Hand. Those who are unlucky enough to receive this brand are exiled from the civilized lands of Esshar to live out their days on the fringes, never to accepted back into Society.
- The Eclipse Examination: Once every Five Years, the Sun is blotted out by the Moon, the Stars Above radiating light around the veiled Sun. Open to all peoples of the Kingdom, it is a time of remembrance that all life is transitory and watched by the Judgment of the Watchers in the Heavens.
- The Final Radiance: Using a glowing golden substance, any Clergy may make the Sign of Leonaus on a departed body’s forehead and pray for the safety of their soul rising to the Heavenly Hosts Above for easy judgment.
Hierarchy:- Starseer – Metropolitan of the Faith (NPC-Leader that can be petitioned for grand oversight of Stelli)
- Stellus – Bishop of the Faith (Manager of Priests, Event Organizer for Kingdom)

I think it'd be nice to have a command to shift your icon to whatever is in game from a list. If I could just icon-swap myself while DMing to a Crellus, it'd be so nice and easy and I wouldn't have to bother an admin to get an icon from the game that I may not already have.
