Spells(Kinda): Crystal's Spawned from spells
Suggestion: The boosts and benefits are warranted. What isn't warranted is the speed boosts, for picking them up on top of the bonus. I think the easiest way to fix this, is to remove the speed boosts.

Suggestion: Make it 3x3. Looks awfully janked, when it does hit them especially when it's a busy cast spell.

9,785 damage on a kunai. Ouchy. Things should be doing 3k if that

Im not exactly comfortable getting hit by a even 7k Raw Kunai.
Maybe if you paid RPPs for it , and the CD was immense

The same ninja was doing about 7.7k damage to me.

If we take into account the -30% dr (and if I understand right, means that every hit would deal 130% damage), then after multiplying it back to what it would have been if it was 100%, it'll be around 7527.
That is... Yeah, that is quite the damage for a move with relatively short cd (Keep in mind that the 3 second you see now, is while the user has timeskip and agility CD reductions).
If I understand correctly, and kunai is a throwing move (ranged attack)?
I can see the issue.
